TUNA CASSEROLE (only use seasonings on hand) (seasoning = FREE)
1 16oz Pasta (your choice; cooked according to the package instructions) ($0.50)
2- 5 oz. Cans Tuna (or 1-12oz if you have it) ($0. 73 ea.) or ($1.76)

½-1 Cup Pasta Water Reserved (FREE)
½ Cup Shredded Cheese (4 oz./half 8oz bag) ($1.10)
